We are actively seeking experienced Commercial HVAC Apprentices and Journeymen for immediate work in Ft. Collins, CO and surrounding areas. Candidates must be dependable, reliable, and ready to work on fast-paced, high-demand job sites.
Start Date: Wednesday, August 6th
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Weekends Possible)
Hours: 40-hour work weeks + Potential Overtime
Job Description / Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with commercial RTUs, chillers, boilers, VAV systems, ductwork, and thermostats
Perform preventative maintenance and service calls
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
Ensure all work meets building codes and safety standards
Work collaboratively with other trades on commercial construction sites
Requirements:
Must have own transportation
Must have own tools for the trade
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong work ethic and commitment to jobsite punctuality
OSHA 10 or 30 a plus
Pay Range (Based on Experience & Skill Level):
Apprentice: $32.00 – $34.00/hr
Journeyman: $35.00 – $50.00/hr
