We are looking for a Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to join our team. As a service foreman, you would be responsible for responding to roof leaks, communicating with the customer, and carrying out contract work while ensuring a safe working environment and representing the company.
The qualified candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and experience:
-Versed in single plies and other commercial roof coverings.
-Able to identify roofing deficiencies and able to perform the corresponding repairs and/or recommendations to correct the issue.
-Highly dependable and self-motivated.
-Excellent oral and written communication skills.
-Able to communicate with our customers in person.
-Able to clearly and accurately document before and after conditions as well as the job's progress.
-Driver License with a clean driving record (Preferred)
Requirements:
-Proficiency with TPO, PVC, EPDM, and BUR roofing systems
-Ability to lift up to 80lbs alone.
Pay: $27.00 - $31.00 per hour
