Concrete Foreman (Northern Colorado)
Based in Loveland, CO, Brenner Builders/Aspen Concrete is looking for experienced members to join our team. Our company prides ourselves on the professional relationship we have built in the 19 years in the concrete industry.
We serve the Northern Colorado area in commercial and residential concrete projects and we offer all employees a professional work environment and value the skill you bring to our company.
We are seeking a full-time Concrete Foreman/Project Manager.
Skills and Requirements for Concrete Foreman:
Must have a drivers license and a clean driving record.
Experience with operating equipment Bobcat/Mini-excavator.
Coordinating daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making changes when necessary due to weather, or changes
in personnel.
Communicate effectively and delegate individual responsibilities and projects to team members.
Emphasizing safe use of tools, machinery and equipment while providing training on safety gear, helmets and daily
procedures.
Professionalism, efficiency and great communication skills.
Regularly reporting project status to supervisors, site engineers and with other teams included in project development.
Experience with estimating and bid software a plus.
Assisting with seasonal snow removal when needed.
Pay is based on experience. Willing to train the right person.
