Hiring for an older building remodel in downtown Loveland. Must have construction experience in the areas of framing, siding, carpentry and general activities associated with remodels. Capable of lifting at least 70 pounds and work at heights. Must be able to operate power tools, saws, nail guns, forklift, and lifts. Activities include-demolition, framing, sheathing, siding, setting windows, pipe electrical and duct routing, masking and painting. Should have own basic construction tools. Hours are somewhat flexible. Project is estimated to last 4 to 6 months.
