Top-Notch Plumbing, Heating, and Air is seeking a reliable and motivated Drain Specialist to join our skilled team. The ideal candidate will specialize in clearing and maintaining drainage systems, providing excellent service to our customers, and ensuring their plumbing systems flow smoothly. Key Responsibilities:
Inspect, diagnose, and resolve drainage issues for residential and commercial customers.
Use professional tools such as augers, drain snakes, and hydro-jetting equipment to clear blockages.
Conduct routine maintenance to prevent future clogs in pipes and drainage systems.
Accurately assess customer needs and provide solutions in a professional and friendly manner.
Ensure cleanliness and safety during and after the job, leaving work areas spotless.
Keep accurate records of services performed and provide clear communication with the office team.
Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures, maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in drain cleaning or plumbing is preferred but not required, training can be provided.
Strong problem-solving skills with mechanical aptitude.
Comfortable working with hand and power tools in various environments, including confined spaces.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Must be able to lift 100 pounds without assistance.
Customer service-oriented, reliable, and dependable, with the ability to consistently meet the demands and expectations of the position.
Capable of working effectively in all weather conditions.
Must acquire essential tools, including a pipe wrench, Sawzall, pipe cutter, and channel locks, within 60 days of employment.

Job Type: Full-time (40 hours)
Pay: $18 hr.
