We are looking for an experienced Automotive Service Technician. I started this company to create a place I wanted to work at. If you're looking for something different than what you've always had. Give us a shot and see if we are a good fit. We primarily work on Asia and domestic vehicles. (Images of the shop are old. We have a new Hunter alignment machine, and the floors aren't as shiny)
We are currently interested in Hiring an experienced Technician with 5+ years of experience, and you'll need to be able to diagnose and complete repairs. Certifications aren't required, but they are a plus. We are a paperless shop. Each tech is provided a tablet, a laptop, and a second screen.
Our service advisors estimate and present everything; our techs recommend getting you as many hours as possible. At the same time, we maintain the highest level of ethics and do what's right for our customers.
We offer a 5-day workweek with no weekends, paid holidays, paid time off, an 401k with company matching, Weekly tool allowance. Access to our shop on the weekends for personal and family vehicles. Plus, we have a private lake nearby that every employee has access to. It's perfect for camping, fishing, and jet skiing. It's a great spot for kids, dogs, and the whole family (see photo).
