All Tech Automotive East is looking for an A-level technician to join our team! ASE-certified master technician preferred. Diagnostic experience a plus. Light-duty diesel experience a plus.
We are passionate about excellent customer service as we make our shop the best automotive repair shop in Fort Collins.
Tekmetric is our shop management system, and we perform digital vehicle inspections on every vehicle. Our customers love the communication and ability to receive technician test and inspection notes, photos, and videos. We provide chromebooks to technicians for repair order work as needed; this also allows instant access to AllData, Identifix, iATN, as well as integrated parts sourcing for service advisors.
With six bays we have six two-post lifts; the shop is well-lit. We are warm in the winter with two large heaters. In the summer we run doors up as possible as well as fans in the shop.
We run two service advisors. One has counter responsibility with first phone call and first customer walk in; sets most of the appointments. The second is our general manager and has part sourcing, estimate building, warranty and returns as their primary responsibility. Work is dispatched to skill set. Owner is on-site.
We are open 7:30-5 Monday - Friday, with technicians reporting 8-5 with a 60-minute lunch. We are closed weekends. We pay on a hybrid system with a 40-hour guarantee plus a performance bonus; direct-deposit every Friday. Benefits offered include health insurance, retirement plan, 9 paid holidays, vacation time and uniforms provided.
We are located in northeast Fort Collins. Founded in 1993 and under current ownership for one year, we are committed for the long haul as we tool up, train up, and staff up to achieve our business goals. Bills are paid and accounts are tight; we buy little on credit and have excellent relationships with our bank and our parts vendors.
We are looking for a talented and hard-working technician to join our team. We work on most Asian and domestic makes and models, some VW and Audi, very little on BMW or Mercedes, no exotics. We focus on vehicles less than 20 years old and occasionally take on something older if we agree on the fit; we have very little OBD-I work.
