We are Elevated Design Build, a custom home builder on the forefront of the green building movement, and we are looking to expand our team leading into an exciting 2025 season. We have several projects in various stages of construction and planning, including custom homes and energy retrofit remodels.
The Project Manager we are seeking is an integral part of an effective design+build team. They have experience in bringing all the pieces of a custom build together, are adaptable, and can stay organized throughout the process to ensure the best possible outcome. Effective communication is their hardest working tool.
Core responsibilities include:
- Oversee construction projects from inception (estimating) to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Review and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide construction activities.
- Utilize construction management software to track project progress and manage resources effectively.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with Elevated's quality standards and OSHA regulations.
- Fostering a collaborative work environment with your peers
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in construction management and site supervision
- Proficiency in construction management software, including CoConstruct/Buildertrend, as well as Google's suite of programs
- Strong knowledge of the building code, OSHA regulations, and safety practices
- Ability to manage project scheduling, budgeting, and contracts
- Experience in blueprint reading and construction estimating
- Excellent supervisory and leadership skills in a construction environment
- Hands-on construction and/or drafting+design experience are great assets.
