Job Responsibilities include:
Look up, identify and order parts and supplies needed for technicians in shop and in field.
Intake, and receiving of parts and component deliveries
Ship and deliver parts and components
Coordinate incoming parts and material scheduling with service personnel
Assist customers with parts and service needs
Processing invoices and packing slips
Maintaining inventory of parts and supplies at all times
Experience/Qualifications/Skills:
Good problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize needs
Ability to source parts from a variety of websites and companies
Must be knowledgeable with computers and able to use several different websites/systems
Must be reliable
Must be able to move large & heavy components.
Prior parts experience preferred (automotive, trucks, heavy equipment)
Resourcefulness
M-F Business hours with opportunities for overtime
Saturdays when workload requires
Must be able to pass drug screen
Must have clean driving record
