We are looking to hire an experienced HVAC Technician and Installer to join our team. Plumbing
Service experience is a plus. Candidates should be familiar with standard HVAC installation
procedures, diagnose and repair plumbing systems, troubleshooting, maintenance, and
customer service. The right individual can look forward to a positive work environment with

background check, clean driving record, and drug test.
Responsibilities:
The HVAC Technician performs mechanical diagnostics on a variety of building systems,
providing clients with proposed solutions discovered through the diagnostic process.
Troubleshoot and diagnose building mechanical systems (including but not limited to: RTUs,
split systems, VRFs, boilers, chillers, AHU and VAV).
Install and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential homes.
Removing old HVAC equipment so new systems can be installed
Running pipe and duct systems through homes
Understanding refrigeration cycles
Knowing how to interpret various technical data, such as pressure and temperature.
Complete assigned projects on time.
Estimate costs of labor and materials associated with a job.
Responsible for planning, laying out and overall efficiency at project repair and/or installation.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams.
Work in various weather conditions and through extreme temperatures.
Assist in training apprentices.
Capable of navigating computer systems.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Manage onsite communication with customers and facility directors.
Be aware of local building codes and ordinances.
Maintain a safe work environment.
Assist in training apprentices.
Participate in all company sponsored training classes.
Maintain a professional image at all times by:
Wearing only company approved and/or provided AP apparel.
Following safety policies and procedures.
Abiding by ALL AP standards of performance and code of ethics.
Maintaining a courteous demeanor with all customers and associates.
Maintains company vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and organization, both inside and out.

Education/Knowledge/Skills Requirements:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
Verifiable 3+ years of experience in a related position, preferably within the HVAC-R, and
Mechanical industry.
Knowledge of local and national plumbing codes.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
Certification, professional license, or credential required or in process (EPA II)
Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation

OSHA 10 minimum - OSHA 30 preferred
