Established property management looking for a dependable, experienced, hard working, lead maintenance tech to service 200 + units in Greeley, includes college housing and class B & C apartments.
must have minimum 2 years experience in apartment and home maintenance.
must have valid drivers license
must live in Greeley/Evans area for quick response time for after hour calls
must work well alone and be able to prioritize work orders
must have good temperament in dealing with the occasional difficult tenant
must have good work ethic and positive attitude and be dependable
must use your own small hand tools (we can provide all specialty tools)
must be willing to do after hour maintenance calls every other week (1-3 calls per week)
must be willing to take a drug tests and show a relatively clean criminal record
Skills needed:
Carpentry skills: install trim, doors, windows, hardware etc
Light electrical: (diagnose some minor power issues, change outlets/switches, change fixtures)
Plumbing: trouble shoot and repair leaks, clean clogged drains, change/repair faucets/toilets/showers/sinks/hot water heaters, repair minor furnace issues (gas valves, burner assemblies, flame sensors, zone valves)
Paint interior apartments, roll and airless.
Drywall repair
Hang blinds, doors, hardware etc.
Appliance repair (basic troubleshoot and repair and installation)
Basic troubleshooting skills for all common problems with residential structures
Lawn sprinkler repair is a plus

Salaried position, work vehicle provided, one week paid vacation after 6 months, 2 weeks after 2 years, 5 sick days per year. No vacation time from May 9th thru June 6th or from August 10th - 20th.
