Integrity Construction Company is hiring! We are looking for a skilled carpenter/foreman person at the company to help in growing our company the right way. (We are also looking for no experience apprentices and everything in between, so please apply if you are interested!) What we do:
We make things beautiful and kick ass. We work hard, jam tunes, don’t stop until we reach our goals, and keep clients happy. We do reconstruction/remodels, bath and kitchen remodels. We do water/fire reconstruction (not the demo or water remediation portion). We do custom installs, including reclaimed lumber and Living Plant Walls. We also do basement finishes.
A large part of our business is the water damage reconstruction. What this essentially means is, we put things back together after a water mitigation/restoration company does all the cleanup and demo on water loss/fire loss situations. We begin working after the cleanup is done, and do everything from the drywall to the finished product, including the painting, tile work, flooring, cabinet setting, etc. This is a great "recession" proof employment that keeps us going when the economy dips/inflation rises.
We do bathroom remodels with ONYX products, tile, and simple surrounds.
We install Living Walls systems. These are plant walls installed in residential and commercial areas.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for a site foreman/lead remodeler type with 8-10 years’ experience preferred. (We are also looking for people with less experience/apprentices so tell your friends or invite your buddy to come with you). We’re looking for someone that wants to help make a great company and a great work environment. Someone that is not afraid of hard work, and has an eye for detail. Someone that can keep the projects moving forward by using their brain and hands. Someone that does not complain, but finds solutions to problems when they arise. Someone that can communicate well and take the leadership role seriously.
What you do:
Tile shower remodels - Full shower rebuilds from the pan up. We use newer age products like Schluter and Progress and foam pans from Shower Concepts and the like.
Finish Carpentry/rough carpentry - Kitchen cabinetry setting, rough framing, windows, base/case, setting doors, mantels, barnwood installs, etc.
Flooring - TILE, LVT, Laminates, Tile, (hardwood install would be a plus but we usually sub this out)
Painting - Experience with spray rigs is helpful and able to cut in and roll. Interior/exterior but mostly interior.
Drywall - Small patches etc. If we need to do smaller areas/patches/build outs, we do this in house. But we typically sub out larger installs to a quality company we work.
Wood Fence/Deck Installs/Landscaping – We do pick up fence/deck/landscape projects depending on size.
Have pride in your work, have above industry standards for your workmanship, communicate well, don’t be afraid to ask questions or ask for help, have good customer service and ability to talk with clients as needed, have a valid driver license (some exceptions are made depending on situations) and get to work on time.
If you have a large amount of experience in one of the above, and a small amount in the others that is great. We are a team and everyone contributes as needed.
Where we work:
We work all along the Front Range. For custom installs, we travel as far as Boulder, Denver. Our shop is in West Greeley off 10th St. Depending on location of jobsite, we typically meet up at shop then travel to jobsite in company vans, or we meet at a Park N Ride and go from there in the company trucks. Time to time we just meet at the job site.
Our company culture:
We are task oriented, so sometimes hours can vary day to day as needed to get things done. We like to stay at 40 hours for the week, although sometimes overtime is needed on certain projects towards the end etc. If we push hard for a few days, we usually try to ease that by showing up late the next day, take it easy hours wise for rest of week or take time off as needed. We are family friendly and understanding of real-life situations, but showing up and working hard is what we strive for every day. At this time, we do not provide health insurance currently, but will provide a health insurance stipend after certain days of employment. We try to make sure to have fun on site while providing services that are above and beyond industry standards. First and last tool on the job site is the radio. Quality materials, quality installations. We take the time to make sure the client is happy, and do so while having positive attitudes. The company is growing and is a great time to hop aboard. We use mostly company tools and equipment, including company trucks/van and fuel so no wear and tear on your tools. Guys have in the past brought their own equipment for comfort/efficiency reasons and we have no issues with that obviously.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour for low experience and $30 and up from there depending on experience. We also are working towards profit sharing based on up to the date job costing done on projects.
