The Spanos Corporation is looking for a dynamic individual to join their Maintenance team at Rise at 2534, located in Johnstown, CO.
The ideal candidate will have experience in multifamily maintenance, painting experience, strong communication skills, light electrical and plumbing experience and a personality that illustrates second to none, top notch customer service. Ability to work independently with self-motivation and leadership skills. This position will normally work Saturday/Sunday, plus three days during the week with an on-call schedule every other week.
