Vintage Corporation is currently looking for an experienced maintenance technician in Greeley. Must be detail-oriented, take pride in their work, and self-motivated. You must have reliable transportation (preferably a truck) and a valid drivers license to work at various properties throughout Northern Colorado.
You must have your own tools.
Be able to lift 50 lbs. and able to work in the outdoors if needed.
A friendly demeanor is a must since the position does consist of working with numerous residents.
It is preferred the qualified candidate have property maintenance experience.
