Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Plumbing Apprentice to assist our experienced plumbers in various plumbing tasks. The Top-Notch Plumbing, Heating & Air Plumbing Apprentice program is registered with the State of Colorado. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn the trade and develop a long-term career in plumbing. The ideal candidate must be at least 18 years old, reliable, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist journeyman and master plumbers with the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems.
Help with the layout, assembly, and installation of pipes, fittings, and fixtures.
Perform basic tasks such as cutting, assembling, and threading pipes.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites.
Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Attend and participate in training sessions to gain knowledge and skills in plumbing.
Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent. (preferred)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Willing to travel to job site
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions.
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Basic math skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to travel to locations
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction or a related field.
Basic knowledge of plumbing tools and materials.
Wage range:
$17-$19 (on experience)
