Responsibilities
Utilize various hand tools and power tools to complete projects efficiently and accurately.
Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings to understand project specifications.
Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials according to design requirements.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality standards.
Troubleshoot issues that arise during the crafting process and implement effective solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continually improve skills and craftsmanship.
Requirements
Proven experience in remodeling, finishing, tile, pole barns, decks, etc is preferred (we also do much more!)
Strong knowledge of various materials (wood, metal, etc.)
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and effectively.
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Must have your own hand tools (drill, tape, etc)
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Good physical stamina; ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
