Loud Exteriors LLC is an exterior remodel and design company that specializes in residential and commercial exterior remodels (roofing, siding, windows, doors, fencing and more). We service from Northern Colorado (Loveland areas) through Denver and beyond as needed.
We are searching for a couple roles to fill our team.
First role filling a Superintendent role. We have several roofing and siding projects that will need overlooked with some hands on work as well. We are seeking someone who is capable of completing roof/ siding repairs solely or with limited help. Someone presentable and able to speak English. Bi lingual (English and Spanish) is a huge plus. This role is an hourly w2 position. We are building our sub crews as well as our in house crew. Ideally someone with shingles, steel, tile and flat roofing experience. Able to train the right person if you have some construction knowledge. PAY DOE.
- Must be willing to work on roofs, ladders etc
- Must be able to lift at least 90 lbs on a daily basis
- Comfortable working on roofs and siding projects
- Able to work outside
- Have a reliable vehicle and phone

Here is what the pay structure and benefits would look like to start with our company as a business representative-
- Commission with salary draw. Base salary starting at $45,000/ year - uncapped commissions starting at 10/60/40 split. Generally, you will get $45,000 per year as a draw on your commission earnings and anything beyond that will go to you as well.
- Company fuel card after 1 month
- Company cell phone
- Company vehicle after 1 year (sooner depending on performance)
- Insurance/ 401k after 1 year
- Company profit shares after 2 years
This opportunity has 2 open positions. Construction experience is not necessary though it does help.
