Hello,
We are a small company growing quickly in need of a construction supervisor in the Northern Colorado Region. This position will be responsible for managing 10 or more employees. This is a hands on position meaning you will be required to work in the field with the crews. This position requires a diverse array of skills including framing, hardscape, landscaping, grading, heavy equipment, etc.
Requirements for the position
- 15-20 Years experience. Must provide proof of employment and references
- Ability to read blueprints, and understand ICC codes. Certification a plus
- Hardworking and reliable employee(If you aren't and you know who you are don't apply, you don't get paid for being lazy)
- Project Management experience a must
- Commitment to timelines is critical
- Must have hardscape, retaining wall experience, landscaping experience
- Must have heavy equipment experience, mini excavators and skid steers
- Must have basic knowledge of deck and fence building
- Foundation, concrete, and structural experience a plus
- Must be comfortable with all power tools
- Must have reliable transportation as you will need to drive between different job sites
- Must be a US Citizen or have a legal employment number
- Must be able to travel per owners request within the state of Colorado
- Mandatory drug screening required.
- Must have half a brain and demonstrate common sense, you laugh but it's true
Compensation will be 1099 contractor until proven ability. Starting pay is $30 an hour with potential to $35 in 90 days if proven. This position is bonus eligible and will be paid if certain project targets are met.
This position reports to the owner. Position starts immediately.
