This job entails being able to problem solve leaks and repairs on membrane, metal and shingle roof systems.
Responsibilities:
Perform inspections and diagnostic evaluations of roofing systems
Troubleshoot and repair leaks on shingle, metal, tile, and flat roofs
Communicate effectively with customers and provide clear service reports
Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times
Collaborate with team members and report findings to supervisors
Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicle in clean, working condition
Qualifications:
2+ years of roofing experience preferred
Knowledge of multiple roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, shingle, metal, etc.)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work at heights
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Foreman MUST HAVE aValid driver’s license with a clean driving record
