Mobile Unit DriverThe Mobile Unit Driver will be responsible for the Mobile Unit. Performs the driving and general maintenance, as well as cleaning and stocking of the Mobile Unit. We offer:Starting Hourly Range - $20 - $23 per hour Must be available to work some weekends, early mornings, evenings (Depending on the Season)Comprehensive Benefits Package includes:Medical PPO Plan (Similar to ACA Exchange Platinum Benefit Coverage Levels)Low employee premiums, especially given the rich benefits$25 Primary Care Physician and Specialist Co-pays (in-network)Low deductibles and co-insuranceFree provider visits and services at all Salud facilitiesPreferred prescription pricing at Salud pharmaciesDental PPO planIncludes Employee Discounts at All Salud Dental FacilitiesVisionGenerous vacation accrual10 Paid Holidays per year (includes 2 Floating Holidays and paid Birthday) Up to 8 paid accrued Sick Days per yearDefined Contribution Pension Plan.   Salud contributes 5% of your compensation each month (no matching employee contribution is required…you receive the contribution no matter what).  Employees who have worked at least 1,000 hours within a 12-month period are eligible.403b Retirement savings plan.  You can contribute pre-tax or after-tax (Roth) towards your retirement savings.Flexible Spending AccountsBasic Life and AD&DSupplemental Life and AD&DShort-Term & Long-Term DisabilityAccident & Critical Illness InsuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramOur Mission is to provide a quality, integrated healthcare home to the communities we serveSpecific Duties:Drive the Mobile Unit from the assigned parking space to the scheduled location within the migrant program activities.Inspect the Mobile Unit every time it will be used using the “Mobile Unit Inspection Report,” making sure the vehicle is in adequate conditions to be usedMonitors inventory from the Mobile Unit, assuring medical supplies are always sufficient before going out to a locationProvides reports of inventory (supplies) to the Migrant Health Director.Keep the Mobile Unit clean (including sweeping and mopping of the floors, cleaning of counters and other surfaces of the Mobile Unit) In case maintenance of the engine, chassis, or airstream is needed, schedule the repair through the Facilities DirectorWorks in conjunction with Medical Providers, Medical Assistants, Enrollment Specialists, Customer Service Associates, and all other staff to ensure that patients obtain the highest standard of integrated health careActs as a patient advocate for our vulnerable populations by ensuring that patients are fully informed and comfortable with their visit to Salud Assists in ensuring the assurance of providing good quality services during visits to the Mobile UnitContributes to a positive team effort and accomplishes related results as requiredFollows procedures for the electronic health records systemAssists with Salud facilities tasks and projects per the direction of the supervisor as time permitsSome early morning and evening hours, as well as weekends, are requiredOther duties and locations as assigned
