Manage the assets/reports of the specialized division
Manage and complete weekly revenue reports for the specialized division each Tuesday.
Manage daily EDI Loads
Monthly and Weekly P&L reports
Manage weekly equipment lists for share point.
Prepare correspondence, reports, mailings, e-mailings, etc.
Manage multi-line phone system.
Prepare period/quarterly Cattle number reports.
Assist in preparation of numerous reports and contracts.
Maintain and organize files.
Create and maintain numerous databases and excel sheets.
Assist in answering phones, bookkeeping, data entry and operation of office machinery.
Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Software and Excel.
Able to perform in an efficient and effective manner, with a focus on detail.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
Reliable and dependable.
Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment.
Ability to apply good judgment and professional integrity in decision making.
Ability to manage multi-line phone system.
Strong customer service and data entry skills.
Transportation and dispatch experience is a plus.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:
