DescriptionPosition Title: Human Resources SupervisorDepartment: Human ResourcesLocation: Greeley, COReports to: Human Resources DirectorPosition Overview: The HR Supervisor oversees the Human Resources department, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. This role supports recruitment, employee relations, benefits, HR policy implementation, onboarding and leave management. The HR Supervisor also acts as a liaison between employee and management, fostering a positive work environment.Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Coordinate the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Oversee new employee onboarding and orientation programs, including 1-9 administration and verification to ensure compliance with federal regulations.

Employee Relations:

Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, resolving issues in a timely and confidential manner.

Promote a positive work culture through team-building activities and engagement.

Policy and Compliance:

Ensure adherence to company policy and HR best practices.

Stay updated on employment laws and regulations, implementing changes as necessary.

HR Data and Reporting:

Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

Prepare HR reports and analyse workforce metrics to support decision-making.

Leadership:

Supervise compliance staff, of applicable and provide support to operations team and drivers.

Collaborate with other departments to improve operational efficiency and safety.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

2-4 years of HR experience

Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in HRIS Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment.

Base salary range of $55,000.00 to $60,000.00 annuallyand

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;
