Job Title: Accounts Receivable SpecialistJob DescriptionThere are 2 open roles: AR Specialist We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to perform various accounting and accounts receivable duties. The selected person must have a professional image, high attention to detail, and strong communication and customer service skills. You will be dealing with 12 high-profile clients, each with unique needs, requiring tailored responses to their questions or issues. Key Responsibilities: Precision Audit: Audit invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance. Client and Corporate Interaction: Demonstrate a responsive attitude by researching and responding to client and corporate inquiries promptly. Payment Processing: Efficiently handle credit card payments and credits, showcasing knowledge of financial transactions. Account Management: Proactively adjust client accounts as needed and resolve any payment discrepancies. Collections Management: Apply persistence and attention to detail to ensure timely & accurate payment application. Statement Creation: Generate clear and comprehensive client statements. Billing Proficiency: Execute invoice billing, showcasing effective communication and collaboration between corporate and field operations. Versatility: Perform other duties as assigned, showcasing willingness to contribute to overall team success. AR Email Inbox Specialist Manage the AR Email inbox and respond to customer (B2B) inquiries. These could range from resending, correcting, or crediting invoices to dealing with disputes, updating contact points, and updating POs. You will be handling 30-70 emails per day and auditing a report to ensure clients are set up correctly. Key Responsibilities: Research and respond to client and corporate inquiries Process credit card payments and credits Make adjustments to accounts as needed Audit invoices to ensure accuracy Research and solve payment discrepancies Collections Create client statements Invoice billing Set up new customers in the AR systemHard Skills

Job TypeThis is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 18 Week(s).Work SiteThis is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Greenwood Village, Colorado and some days remote.Work EnvironmentThere's a total of 20 people within their accounting department (AP, AR & GL). Lots of opportunity to advance. Required to work on-site in DTC office until fully trained and caught up to speed (roughly 30 days)- then will have opportunity to work from home 1 day from home. If they show they are able to work from home, they will get to work 2 days from home. This is usually by the 6 month mark. Wednesdays are mandatory onsite. Team is very close, culture is super important to them! They do an Accounting Appreciation Week where they do competitions, challenges, prizes, outings. They do outside events (escape room etc.) as a team as well. Manager is very much a part of the team and has an open-door policy.
