IDR is seeking a Workstation Technician for one of our top Healthcare
clients in the Greenwood, CO. This is a 2 year contract role. If you are

Provide support for a Microsoft-based network, including Windows
10/11, Microsoft Office 365, MS Teams, and basic desktop and
networking issues.
Manage and troubleshoot PC hardware and software, including desktops,
laptops, and tablets, and address network communication problems and
peripheral issues.
Assist with the deployment process, including asset receipt, equipment
staging, deployment execution, and updating asset management systems.
Perform data transfer and recovery, email administration, and prepare
assets for disposition, while maintaining attention to detail and adhering
to technical manuals and instructions.
REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma and 2 years of professional customer service experience
supporting PC and Macintosh desktop computing hardware.
Skills must include knowledge of Operating Systems and configuration,
hardware configuration, and software installation.
2+ years in a client - facing role ( working with clinical staff,
asset inventory)
Experience dealing with over 5 daily pc refreshes/ 25 weekly pc refreshes
