We are creative, disciplined, hard-working, complex-problem solvers that believe in collaborating to deliver the highest quality customer experience.Spectrum’s Video team manages all video experiences delivered to customers through the Spectrum TV App and on the Xumo streaming platform.BE PART OF THE CONNECTIONAs a Principal Product Manager II , you’ll be responsible for leading the product lifecycle and development initiatives fortop priority Xumo and Spectrum TV App features. You will design intricately complex, cross-functional requirements to meet evolving customer needs and business opportunities. Additionally, you will be expected to work across organizations with Xumo and Comcast resources as a product expert representing Spectrum customers’ priorities.WHAT OUR PRINCIPAL PRODUCT MANAGERS ENJOY MOST

Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.

Understands digital best practices in accessibility, usability, requirement writing, agile development, software product management, web analytics and product lifecycle management.

Brings expert knowledge of industry best practices in product development and translates appropriate steps for unique organization and market position.

Diagnoses intricately complex issues and evaluates, recommends, and executes the best resolution.

Influences Charter's product set and advocates for excellence in all areas.

Evaluates proposed features and enhancements from the perspective of the digital user experience and makes decisions in the best interest of the consumer.

Provides leadership and innovation for the development and communication of product strategies dependent on new services/features to drive financial results.

Partners with key stakeholders in product, marketing and customer operations to implement strategy.

Provides a data-centric perspective, using data as the driver and influencer of priority and measurements of success.

Defines product goals and builds the experiments to rapidly evaluate their success.

Mentors and guides the team to understand our current and potential customer needs through data & research.

Proactively identifies analysis to support the effort and conduct with deep analytics when appropriate while maintaining an eye toward the bigger picture.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUMRequired Qualifications

Experience:

8+ years of product development/management experience

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience

Technical Skills:

Expert knowledge of digital SDLC tools such as JIRA

Skills:

Demonstrates excellent business sense and sense of urgency to achieve business results

Expert foundation in Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Abilities:

Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Ability to adapt to a new environment and make an impact quickly

Ability to manage and foster change

Ability to influence large, cross-functional teams in order to achieve business goals and results

Ability to listen to multiple points of view and synthesize against goals for recommendations

Ability to plan, prioritize and organize effectively and independently

Ability to drive multiple projects and tasks

Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure

Ability to show judgment and initiative and to accomplish job duties

Ability to strategize solutions based on data analysis

  • The Website Analytics Manager will own every aspect of data analytics for the Communications Team\'s main internal and external platforms - including the intranet web site, external-facing corporate site, and video and email platforms. This position will provide high-level data analysis that translates raw data into editorial and/or design strategy.
