Responsible for development and update of ERP technical instructions and user documentation
Act as a point of escalation for any issues related to the ERP systems and requests across the enterprise, researching and resolving day-to-day issues related to the system or processes
Unite with principal employees to distinguish and execute functionality that provides operational improvements
Project and oversee the execution of implementation projects, including day-to-day risk management, issues, and project management
Manage with various organization employees to amply train on processes and procedures of ERP
Regular status reporting to senior leadership
Team up with various business stakeholders to roll out new processes, functionality, and ongoing process improvements to the systems
Concur project with ERP system vendor to resolve issues related to the use or functionality of the ERP system
Responsible for implementation of ERP systems and its modules within the organization Requirements - Salesforce Sales Cloud experience desired
Salesforce.com experience preferred
General familiarity with Salesforce Configuration
Experience with Salesforce Integration
Practical knowledge of Leadership Skills
Salesforce Marketing experience required
Well-founded grasp of Salesforce Administration
Proven knowledge of Salesforce Implementations
Strong familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud

This position serves as the key ERP configuration resource and ensures successful implementation of new functionality and/or processes within project timelines
5+ years of ERP implementation experience
Demonstrated success acting in a project management capacity
This position requires a candidate who has completed at least 2 successful enterprise ERP implementation projects
The person we permanent should be able to demonstrate ERP configuration through the development of proof of concepts
This job is perfect for you if you can bring strong understanding of ERP modules and related business process framework, EPR Security, and inbound and outbound integrations with ERP to the table
