Job DescriptionResponsible for leading and developing a team of trainers who

facilitate world-class training.Job Responsibilities & Requirements

Guide a team of trainers in the delivery of high-caliber software training

sessions, utilizing innovative and engaging methods to reach and resonate

with diverse audiences within the organization. Mentor team members to adapt

their delivery tactically in response to live audience dynamics, employing

the latest interactive tools to create immersive learning environments.

Coordinate with the training team to strategically design and implement a

comprehensive scheduling system for software training sessions,

accommodating a vast array of stakeholders from various departments and

external clients.

Drive your team to innovate in the development of a cutting-edge training

curriculum by integrating advanced educational techniques.

Foster a collaborative environment where your team engages with departmental

leaders and subject matter experts.

Guide the team in establishing a comprehensive feedback gathering system,

using sophisticated analytics tools to capture detailed feedback from trainees

at all levels.

Oversee your team as they maintain meticulous records and conduct thorough

analyses of all training initiatives.Leadership Responsibilities:

Initially, this role will not have direct reports, but there is an

intention to expand and build a team over time. The role is responsible for

fostering the professional development of team members and cross-functional

customer support representatives who play a key part in guiding, coaching,

and providing constructive feedback to our customers to help them reach their

full potential. This also involves creating a supportive and inclusive work

environment that encourages collaboration, respects diverse perspectives,

and empowers team members to excel in their roles.Qualifications

Education: Bachelors Degree is required

Experience: 4+ plus years related experience in the construction

industry, preferably in residential framing and design and experience in

creating instructional content is required

Occasional travel, up to 20% of the time, to other MiTek facilities or

customer sites as needed.

Valid drivers' license and proof of auto nsurance required.Physical Demands

This role is performed in an office environment where a computer, telephone

and other office equipment are used as needed to perform the duties of the

role. This role may need to access areas within the building that are

undergoing renovations which may contain jobsite hazards. Occasionally this

role will required to push, pull, bend, lift and move up to 25 lbs.In compliance with the Equal Pay For Equal Work Act, the pay range for this

position is estimated at $109,000-160,200/year and a 4% annual

bonus. Base pay offered may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills and
