BE PART OF THE CONNECTION As aSr Systems Analyston this team, you'll empower senior leadership and end users to meet business goals across multiple operational areas and serve as the liaison between Business Analysts and technical solution providers. You'll analyze business issues and utilize data from various sources to identify multiple paths through the organization pointing out opportunities for improvement. You'll collaborate with teams in person and digitally within an office environment. WHAT OUR SENIOR SYSTEMS ANALYSTS ENJOY MOST

Produce detailed analyses and document recommendations while leveraging new technologies and capabilities.

Translating assumptions, risks, and business requirements into technical design

Supporting application/system’s testing

Participant and understand the technical design and supporting development team

Working with agile development teams to deliver working solutions

Design and implement reporting and application solutions.

Gather, analyze, refine, validate, document and maintain complex system requirements for all revenue-generating activities.

Analyze inter-dependencies, system requirements, risks and risk mitigators to identify what could be impacted by new products, services, processes or support technologies.

Define, document, implement and track related system rules and configurations.

Translate functional specifications into systems and technical specs and maintain a library via change management processes.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

Experience:

3+ years of experience operating in context of project timelines and deliverables

5+ years of telecommunications experience

5 years of software development and implementation experience

5years of systems analysis experience.

Education:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration a related field or equivalent experience.

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of process and project management and general accounting and billing procedures

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Proficient in SQL; Knowledgeable in JQL, Splunk, NoSQL.

Skills:Documentation, presentation, prioritization, organizational, cross-functional management and English communication skills.

Abilities:Ability to analyze and interpret data to quickly identify business impacts and opportunities while defining KPIs and metrics.
