Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity in the commercial banking sector at our Greenwood Village, Colorado location. We are seeking a Teller to join our team who will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to customer service and financial transactions. Responsibilities: Oversee and handle cash transactions, ensuring accuracy at all times Process and manage customer credit applications with precision and efficiency Utilize banking software to maintain and update accurate customer credit records Respond to and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate actions when necessary Handle inbound calls and provide excellent customer service Perform check processing tasks as part of daily operations Utilize knowledge of consumer loans to assist customers Implement collection processes when required Utilize Accounting Software Systems, LaserPro, and Lawon ERP in daily tasks.
