BAS Service Technician - Delta ControlsSetpoint Systems, an award-winning, rapidly growing system integrator of building control systems in the Rocky Mountain Region is looking for a e xperienced BAS Service Technician. The ideal candidate would have strong knowledge of Building mechanical systems and experience working with Delta control systems.As a member of our service technician team, you will be responsible for developing, assisting and maintaining the design of temperature control systems and related products for award-winning HVAC systems for commercial, industrial and institutional facilities; project planning and scheduling; project start-up; checkout, turnover, training and lessons learned; and developing, generating and maintaining project documentation.We solely exist to improve lives through empowerment. Spot Service to diagnose and repair customer HVAC controls

Performs TSA agreements per Setpoint standards and procedures

Available for periodic 24/7 emergency on-call service and warranty calls

Participates in customer development and relationship building

Assists with device requisitions

Assists with manpower scheduling

Identifies opportunities to sell new Technical Support Agreements

Identifies and promotes upgrades to current systems

Occasional out of state travel to service customer sites

Desired Qualifications include:

Associate's degree, or equivalent from two-year college or technical training; and/or:

5+ years experience in HVAC experience and/or training

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment

Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral)

Ability to provide service in a fast paced, self governing, detailed oriented and versatile position

Desired candidate characteristics: Motivated, trusting, free-thinker, loyal, detailed oriented and supportive

Preferred Credentials:

Building Automation experience

Delta Controls experience

SystemsIntegratorexperience

HVAC service experience

HVAC maintenance experience

Extensive product training will be provided and required.
