Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst III in LITTLETON, Colorado. As a Help Desk Analyst III, you will be responsible for system administration, Microsoft Authenticator & security, networking, group policies, and user support and documentation. Responsibilities: Overseeing the management, configuration, and maintenance of Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file services. Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues to ensure high availability and reliability. Applying patches and updates to operating systems, applications, and firmware. Implementing and managing Microsoft Authenticator and other multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions to enhance account security. Developing and enforcing Group Policies to strengthen the organization’s security posture. Performing regular security assessments, identifying vulnerabilities, and implementing corrective actions. Managing and troubleshooting network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, VPN, and wireless networks. Implementing and configuring network security protocols, VLANs, and access controls to ensure data integrity and confidentiality. Developing, deploying, and managing Group Policies across the organization to streamline configuration management and enhance security. Providing Tier 2/Tier 3 support to end-users for escalated issues related to systems, security, and networking. Creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation for systems, processes, and procedures. Training users on new technologies and security best practices.
