Description Robert Half is looking for an experienced PART-TIME Administrative Assistant who enjoys problem-solving and taking on new challenges to join a company in the Real Estate Property/Facilities Mgt industry. In this Administrative Assistant role working Monday-Friday 10am-2pm with some flexibility fully in office, you will perform various administrative and office support duties. Do you love mail merging, pivot tables, and presentation design? Then we have the Administrative Assistant position for you. A short-term contract / temporary opportunity, this Administrative Assistant opportunity is located in the Littleton, Colorado area.Key responsibilities

Navigate through word processing, filing, and faxing

Greet and instruct visitors

Support a variety of projects for other employees

Respond to phone inquiries

Requirements - Familiarity with using the internet for research tasks

Direct Phone Calls experience

Wide ranging experience with Arranging Travel

Ordering Office Supplies experience preferred

Solid understanding of Conference Rooms

Direct Guests experience

Skills in Arranging Conference Calls

Prior experience with Conference Planning

Foundational knowledge in Delivers Mail

Assist Guests experience highly desired

General familiarity with Arranging Travel

Well-founded grasp of Catering

Proven knowledge of Direct Mail Pieces

Deep understanding of Deliver Mail

Hands-on experience with Conference Calls

Experience with Direct Mail

Experience with conference call coordination

Daily Mail experience required

Earlier work involving Book Travel Arrangements

Quality experience with Book Travel Arrangements

Practical knowledge of Yardi

Solid understanding of conference room setup & cleanup

General familiarity with Microsoft Teams

Proven knowledge of Luncheon

Comprehension of Arranging Conference Calls

Practical knowledge of Arranging Travel

Good understanding of Coordinate Travel Arrangements

Solid understanding of filing

Well-founded grasp of Microsoft Outlook

Previous experience working with Handle Travel Arrangements

Proficient computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems

At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred

Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
