Your opportunityThe Financial Solutions Branch (FSB) is part of the Specialized Teams for Advice & Relationship (STAR) organization in the Investor Services Branch Network. FSB provides a high-scale dedicated relationship model responsible for serving Mass Affluent investors.FSB is an extension of the Branch Network and serves our new and existing Mass Affluent clients to deepen engagement, build trust, and provide investment solutions and tools for today’s markets. The team partners closely with a wide range of departments and partners, including the local and national branches, to ensure these clients get the most out of their relationship with Schwab.Your typical day would include sales coaching and sales process management, development of branch team with effective training and performance management, client presentations with your sales team, analysis of performance data for trends and actions, interviewing prospective employees, collaborating with business partners sharing of the best methods and performing the compliance and administrative tasks inherent in our industry.We believe that our values have helped us to build both a successful business model and an extraordinary work environment. Active and valid Series 7 license required

Active and valid Series 66 (63/65) license required

Active and valid Series 9/10 license required

Active and valid Life and Health Insurance license (may be obtained within a 120-day condition of employment)

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or equivalent work-related experience

4+ years financial sales leadership experience

CFP, CFA, CIMA, and/or AAMS preferred

Strong leadership, management, and motivational skills

A desire to lead, a passion for sales management, and a deep commitment to client service

Proficient in establishing quality cross-enterprise partnerships

Strong candidates will also have excellent communication skills and a track record of success in sales and sales leadership

  • The Procurement Compliance Manager role within Sierra Nevada Company (SNC) is a critical position that operates within the Supply Chain Operations team. The manager will guide and coordinate their teams and approve activities for assigned Buyers, providing guidance to internal teams throughout all phases of the procurement lifecycle.
