Act as requirements project lead for medium to large projects, directing and coordinating requirements project staff and activities.
Oversee production support of core projects, including gathering and documenting requirements, translating functional requirements to technical requirements, and identifying options.

Coordinates development, testing, and implementation of solutions with vendors.
Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst with track record of delivering business process requirements and use cases is required.

Demonstrated ability to analyze/provide technology recommendations to the business.
Leverage SCRUM Agile experience developing user stories, supplementary requirements, and business rules, as well as the ability to define and document specifications, work with developers to design/analyze alternative technical solutions, test completed code and complete a smooth implementation with the business partners.
Confidence in presenting to the team and management for both big-picture planning and day-to-day management of project goal.
8+ years' relevant experience performing Business Analyst, Project Management and/or Business Systems Analyst functions with 5+ years' experience in the Asset Management industry specifically with Middle Office operations and processes required
Knowledge of Equity, Fixed Income and Multi-asset products required
Mutual Fund, ETF, Fund accounting knowledge is required
Strong knowledge of MS Project, Excel, MS Word and iGraphx or Visio Drawing tools along with general familiarity with Outlook and other MS Office applications required
Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, organizational and negotiation skills.
Solid experience and understanding of Agile Scrum and Rational Unified Process Methodology in developing use cases, use case model, supplementary requirements, and business rules is essential.
