Who are we looking for?
Senior DevOps with 5+ years of industry experience. Must have deep understanding of CICD pipeline. Must possess very good documentation skills and communication skills and be able to interact with customers directly. Must be a self-starter and have great appetite to learn the industry trends and new technologies.
Technical Skills:
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in CICD
Implementing various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure
Setting up tools and required infrastructure
Monitoring the processes during the entire lifecycle for its adherence and updating or creating new processes for improvement and minimizing the wastage
Managing stakeholders and external interfaces
Have the technical skill to review, verify, and validate the software code developed in the project.
Behavioral Skills :
Strong appetite to learn industry trends and new & emerging technologies
Have patience to mentor and guide a development team
Willingness to conduct training, drive Proof of Concepts and learn new tools
Must be a self-starter and go getter
Great communication skills and documentation skills
Qualification:
Educational qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent (preferably in Computer Science field of specialization) from a reputed college.
