Job Title: Cleanroom AssemblerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a meticulous and skilled Cleanroom Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for precise assembly, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies, and will ensure the highest quality by inspecting their own work and the work of others. This role requires experience working under a microscope and a strong commitment to following GMP processes and documenting procedures.Responsibilities
Perform precise assembly, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies.
Inspect own work and the work of others to ensure quality standards are met.
Work under a microscope or magnifying glass as required by the cell and project.
Demonstrate strong hand-eye coordination and hand dexterity.
Follow established procedures and document processes as required.
Package final goods for distribution.
Stay up to date with online training in the Quality Management System.
Essential Skills
Experience in precision assembly.
Ability to work in a cleanroom and regulated environment.
Proficiency using microscopes for assembly tasks.
At least 6 months of experience working with microscopes and medical assembly.
Strong hand dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with medical devices is a plus.
Computer-aided experience is beneficial.
Willingness to be trained on laser welders.
Experience working with robots and specialized equipment.
