Description A dynamic and innovative healthcare company committed to driving excellent patient experience is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Recruiting Coordinator to join the HR team for a contract. This role is fully onsite in our Longmont, CO location.As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless recruitment process for multiple departments. Your responsibilities will include:Interview Scheduling: Efficiently schedule a high volume of interviews for candidates across various departments.Calendar Management: Coordinate with hiring managers to allocate interview time slots on their calendars.Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process, including preparing onboarding presentations and documentation (i.e. I9 compliance and Audits, Background checks and offer letters)Candidate Communication: Send interview details and necessary information to candidates, ensuring they have a positive experience.Hiring Manager Collaboration: Maintain strong communication and follow-up with hiring managers to ensure the interview process is smooth and efficient.Data Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment data.Requirements
