Hiring Industrial Maintenance Mechanics in Longmont, COThe Industrial Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. This role involves working with a variety of machinery and systems, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components.Pay: $37.00hr - $42.00hr (based on experience/opportunity for advancement)Shift:

1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift - 12 hour shifts

Must be open to working any day of the week/weekend

Job Description:

Perform preventative maintenance on industrial equipment according to established schedules.

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Utilize drawings, prints, and instruction manuals to determine proper steps for maintenance and repairs.

Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve equipment issues.

Coach and train other team members on technical skills, machine functionality, and defect identification.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
