Build Server hardware from scratch, install OS, configure and perform sanity testing
Perform product testing to evaluate and support new product development in Windows and Linux environments
Perform First Pass Failure Analysis on failures and provide recommendation on possible cause o System level and drive level debugging using software programs, oscilloscopes, bus analyzers(serialtek/Lecroy), and other diagnostic tools
Drive issues to closure by interfacing/collaborating with other product development teams
Adhere to Safety procedures
Follow established policies and procedures
Recognize and resolve safety or environmental issues, including assistance to develop appropriate procedures and documentation
Use available resources to complete tasks in a safe and efficient manner
Experience Required
Strong knowledge in enterprise server hardware
Experienced in all Windows server OS versions and all linux OS versions and testing methodologies
Knowledge in scripting with python/bash/powershell will be an added advantage
Experience in bus analyzers preferred but not a must.
