Research, design and develop ion selective electrodes for detecting analyte(s) in water.
Fabricate and characterize electrodes to ensure high performance and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, operations and quality teams to achieve project goals.
Keep precise lab records and follow strict safety standards.
Document experimental procedures, results, and findings in technical reports.
Visit key accounts and field sites to perform real-world product testing and identify market needs.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in ion selective electrode and electroanalytical chemistry.
This position is part of the R&D Chemistry team located in Loveland, Colorado, and will be on-site.The essential requirements of the job include:
Ph.D. in Chemistry, Electrochemistry, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in ion-selective electrodes, electroanalytical chemistry, or electrochemistry.
Hands-on expertise in electrode fabrication and characterization techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and innovative environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with novel ionophore design, materials science, and polymer science.
Familiarity with software tools for data analysis.

We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.The compensation range for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 USD per year.
