We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Multi-property Account Manager with experience in Yardi software to join our team.Job Description:The Multi-property Account Manager will be at the forefront of managing the financial activities of our property portfolio. This role calls for an individual proficient with Yardi software capable of overseeing financial operations across multiple properties, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the financial aspects of a portfolio of properties using Yardi software
Collect, analyze, and summarize account information
Monitor and confirm financial condition by conducting audits and providing information to external auditors
Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
Guide accounting staff by coordinating activities and answering questions
Comply with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions
Requirements
Qualifications:
At least 3-5 years of experience in accounting or financial management, preferably in the property management industry
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proficiency with Yardi software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
