Overview: expected to be self-motivated and ambitious. Solution-oriented and accepts responsibility for actions taken. Expected to work outside in all weather conditions performing installation, troubleshooting, or other automation services for customers. Expected to balance team and individual responsibilities and commit to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals or meet deadlines. Seeks out opportunities for growth and additional responsibilities. Ability to adapt to frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events. The technician is expected to be to work on time ready and prepared for the day’s work including proper attire and PPE.

Responsibilities:

Keep accurate records of all hours worked, inventory parts used, and services performed.

Efficiently follow directions from Leads, Foremen, and Supervisors.

Maintain professional behavior and proper communication with internal and external contacts.

Properly utilize, care for, and secure all company tools, supplies, and equipment.

Comply with all corporate policies and OSHA rules/regulations while carrying out work processes.

Effectively manage time, follow directions, and complete work within the specified timeframe.

Successfully complete requested training classes and maintain all necessary safety certifications.

Keep the work area clean, organized, and hazard free.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Company Vehicle, Clean, Maintained, Truck Inspections Performed.

Safety/Working Conditions:

Good communication with all parties on location.

Attend customer-specific and company mandatory safety training.

Understand and execute work permits and all other required safety documentation.

Understand facility cause and effects and ability to read P&ID’s. SIMOPS, you and others in the same location

Hazardous Environments, H2S, LEL, CO, Low O2.

Identify risks and create mitigation plans.

Adhere to customer and company SOP’s.

Adverse Weather Conditions.

Fast-Paced Environment.

Work Environment:

Expected to work outside for extended periods of time.

Long periods of standing, crouching, leaning, and stretching

Expected to work in all weather conditions unless otherwise notified by Supervisor.

Expected to keep your safety and the safety of others as a top priority.

Expected to notify supervisor of all potential hazards or risks.

Hazardous conditions based on tasks, green or brown location (see Safety/Working Conditions).

Schedule:

Rotational or Local Schedule

Compensation:

$30.00 – $42.00 per hour (DOE).

Time and a ½ after 40-hours.
