As a Horticulture Specialist, youll be the expert in garden cultivation, management and landscape design for the Citys flower and landscaping beds, medians, and streetscapes. Youll also maintain and care for roses, perennials, annuals, trees, and shrubs, operate a variety of landscape equipment and create and develop the budget for the flower and landscape beds .
