Big Joe's Buffet opening next to the Pueblo mall specializing in international cuisine has openings for Servers (Part Time/Full Time), Cooks (Part Time/Full Time), Dishwashers (Part Time/Full Time) and Hosts (Part Time/Full Time).
Servers:
Responsible for assuring an excellent dining experience for our guests. Customer attentiveness and a clean appearance are necessary. Must have a friendly demeanor and the ability to provide quality customer service. Shifts will be busy, being able to move quickly is a must. Servers will also be responsible for cleaning tables. Must be able to work as part of a team.
Cooks:
Must be able to work with others and follow directions. Candidates need to be able to stay organized and communicate well. Food cleanliness is a must and all candidates must have the ability to adhere to kitchen standards. A sense of urgency is important and being able to move quickly on your feet is a must.
Hosts:
We are seeking friendly and confident individuals. Candidates must be proactive and able to adapt quickly to customer needs. Must also be able to make reservations and help servers set up tables in accordance with reservations made. Strong candidates must be able to use or learn to use restaurant computer software. Hosts must also be able to answer phones and package to go orders.
Dishwashers:
Must be able to move, be efficient, and work as part of a team. Duties include but are not limited to washing dishes, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and putting them away. Also must be able to sweep/wash floors as needed and complete tasks assigned.
