Prep/Cook at Bingo Casino, Pueblo.
We are a team of individuals that pride ourselves in serving our customers with a good variety of high quality food - from Mexican, grilled and cold sandwiches, to fried items and hamburgers. Our concession stand/ kitchen is hiring for a part time cook. We are looking for someone who is independent and self sufficient, but also a team player. This position requires the ability to handle a rush as well as the awareness to use the down time to clean and re-prep. Cooking orders as tickets come in, bringing orders up front for customer pick up. Prepping food items such as chopping produce, patty burgers, weighing out items, etc.
Nights and weekends are a must including split shifts. Extra shifts may be available to call offs or vacation time.
The current available hours are 24 hrs a week, pay starting at $16 an hour. Must have knowledge of cooking and food safety. Food safety certification is required. Will also need knowledge of cash register if needed. Ask for manager Jenn for any inquiries.
