Pay is starting at $16 - $18 an hour plus bi-weekly/weekly additional bonus pay and customer tips.
REQUIREMENTS
This position is physically demanding and must be in shape. This job is labor intensive as you have to load ATVs, Dirt Bikes, perform tours, supervise customers, recover ATVs and drive for up to 2 to 3 hours at times. You will be performing maintenance such as clutch changes, removing plastics of ATVs, brake changes, general maintenance of the fleet. Provide ATV/Dirt Bike tours, and provide customer service to customers.
Typical day is 8 to 11 hour shifts. MUST work holidays and weekends. If you are not able to work weekends, then do not apply. Shift will be FRI SAT SUN, with rotational days between 4 to 5 days.
MUST HAVE ATV/MOTORCYCLE/TRAILER EXPERIENCE
Clean and valid drivers license and record (no DUI in the last 8 years) WE VERIFY
able to work 10 to 12 hour shifts (Thur, Fri, Sat, Sun) and on call Mon, Tues, Wed (We cycle days off if you are called)
Able to work out in the sun and cold
Able to back up and manuever up to 30 foot trailers.
Able to drive back and fourth, long period of times. Usually 2 hours driving each way
able to lift 50 - 100lbs.
must not be an alcoholic or addict. must not smoke in front of customers or in vehicles.
Must have dirt bike and ATV experience.
comfortable driving to various and unknown places.
Must have reliabe cell phone serivce
Must have reliable transportation.
Must not get tired easy and be in decent health.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING ON THE Job - entails the following:
Load and Unload ATVs/Dirt Bikes
Fill gas, drive to gas stations
run errands and assist with office work such as driving to walmart, shops, getting tools to fix machines, etc
basic construction, maintenance of property
basic maintenance of machines such as oil changes, diff fluids, carb cleaning, removing racks and ATV plastics.
MUST BE ABLE TO PROBLEM SOLVE, such as going on youtube, media searches
provide guides and assistance to customers.

YOUR DAY WILL NORMALLY LOOK LIKE THIS
Come in 7am to 8am (Spring - Summer - Fall time) , check oil levels of machines, perform quick fixes if needed. Wash machines, then load machines on the trailer.
Go to the gas station, fill up the machines and vehicle, proceed to drive to the trails. Meet and greet customers, then provide a safety speech and talk. Verify IDs to match waivers, then have customers follow you to our private trails. Unload for customers, show how to use each machine, then follow the customers to ensure safety with one of our dirt bikes and enjoy the ride with them.
After customers return, you will inspect machines for damages, then proceed to return the units to office location. Usually takes about an hour drive back. Sometimes you will deal with traffic coming back.
On your way back, you will park the trailer and unload the machines. Usually your day ends 5pm - 7pm all depending on customers bookings.
