Job description
I am seeking a Driver for a Recycling Pick-up and Delivery Company of clothing and shoes in the Pueblo/Colorado Springs area!
You will be responsible for safely operating a 16' truck with a capacity of less than 12,300 lbs. Gross Vehicle Weight - no CDL required.
This is a part-time position- flexible schedule. Be part of a team that gives anyone a convenient way to recycle their clothing, textiles and shoes. Help keep them out of the landfill and create an enormous positive impact on the environment. We are a growing Green Company!
Responsibilities: - Safely operate up to 16' truck- Load and unload bags of clothing at multiple locations on a specified route, starting in the Pueblo/Colorado Springs, CO area. -Ability to handle physical workload of emptying clothes from recycling bins in an outdoor environment in varying weather conditions and unloading the truck at the trailer. Properly track and document activity log through a phone app- No experience necessary - training provided - E.O.E.
Qualifications: Preferred: One (1) Year experience safely operating a 16' truck. Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record - Ability to handle physical workload of emptying clothes recycling bins and unloading truck at customers' sites- Be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds, multiple times - Must be dependable and conscientious - Work independently - Strong work ethic - Full criminal background check will be conducted. This job requires limited person to person interaction.
