An experienced painter who is optimistic, energetic, organized and has excellent communication skills.
What the Job is:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced painter to help maintain our communities and buildings. You must be able to perform all tasks related to the preparation and painting of interior and exterior surfaces, including:
Clean and prepare (repair, texture, etc.) surfaces prior to painting.
Painting and finishing of various surfaces, including walls, ceilings, trim, doors, cabinets, buildings, equipment, and other structures.
Mixing and matching paint.
We are an apartment management company and, while you will primarily be working in common areas and vacant apartments, you will occasionally be asked to complete work in occupied homes. A professional demeanor is required.
What you need:
Valid Driver's License and Dependable Transportation
Clean Background & Credit Check, Able to pass a drug screen
Ability to legally work in the United States
Ability to Lift up to 40 lbs
3+ years professional painting experience
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $14.00 to $16.00 /hour
