Responsibilities
Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain pumps and mechanical seals
Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
Plan, organize, and execute on-site and shop-based maintenance and repair work
Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions
Adhere to safety protocols and company standards
Communicate clearly with team members, supervisors, and clients
Document work performed, parts used, and service notes
Qualifications
Journeyman certification
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to work effectively in both shop and field environments
Willingness to travel regularly (priority for this requirement)
Valid driver’s license; clean driving record
Ability to lift heavy equipment, work outdoors in varying conditions, and operate in confined spaces as needed
Related experience with pumps and mechanical seals is a definite asset
