We are seeking a licensed general contractor to manage a comprehensive project that pays approximately $12k in Pueblo, CO 81001. The project includes heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical work.
Requirements:
Must hold valid licenses or work under valid licenses as per local code.
Must pull and close all required permits according to local regulations.
Documented work progress is required: clear photographs Before, During, and After each scope of work. Missing photos will be considered as incomplete work.
Provide measurement photos for all measured areas, including square footage and linear footage.
Ensure all generated debris is removed from the site promptly. Provide photographs of loaded trucks and valid dump receipts as proof of proper disposal.
Important: Failure to provide required licenses, permits, or documentation may result in invoice adjustments or denial.
Payment:
After getting each work order fully and properly completed and getting the required work completion before, during and after photos in the property pres wizard (PPW) up to 50% payment can be released within 24 hours. Rest of the payment will be released within 24 hours after the inspection by the adjuster which usually takes 7 business days. Our payment is made via Banks/check. Each work order must be completed fully and properly. No partial completion will be accepted.
